ImanusT's mission is to alleviate suffering after a crisis is no longer in the public limelight by fundraising pre-crisis, providing post-crisis donations and increasing public awareness through media outreach.
Targeted crises include those in which entire communities, populations, or cities have been affected. Examples of crises include: Indian Ocean Tsunami, Hurricane Katrina, the Southern California Wildfires, Darfur Genocide and the 9/11 attacks.
ImanusT executes the most effective and efficient way to help survivors by focusing on two methods:
- Applying strategic public relations by implementing media outreach tactics that position crisis victims back into the media limelight. ImanusT reminds and convinces the media to write stories about crisis victims encouraging people to help.
- ImanusT continuously fundraises and works with other crisis relief organizations by distributing funds post-crisis to communities still in need of restoration. Collected donations provide victims with long-term recovery of affected areas and victims.
